Cancellation Policy
More than 48 Hours Notice
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
24-48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
Less than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are non-refundable. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your consultation:
- Free of charge if requested more than 48 hours in advance
- Subject to availability for last-minute changes
- Up to two times per booking without additional fees
To reschedule, please contact us by phone or email with your preferred alternative dates.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your consultation:
- Please inform us within 7 days of your appointment
- We will discuss your concerns and work to address them
- A follow-up session may be offered to resolve any issues
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice:
- The appointment will be considered used
- No refund will be provided
- Future bookings may require full prepayment
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, though the session may need to be shortened.
Package Services
For multi-session packages:
- Individual sessions within a package follow the same cancellation policy
- Unused sessions expire 6 months from purchase date
- Packages are non-transferable to other individuals
- Partial refunds for unused sessions may be available upon request
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for our services:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- May be transferred to another person
- Must be redeemed by booking an appointment within the validity period
Refund Process
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Our Cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
- We will provide as much notice as possible
- You will be offered priority rescheduling
- A full refund will be available if rescheduling is not suitable
